Answer and reason please :-)

I know little but I like all three

GSD - Said to be very much a one man (or women) dog once the 'bonding' has been achieved.

Dobies - Said to be good guard dogs and very powerful

Rotties - Said to be very loyal and often a bit nutty and like to play the fool (Well that's what Shona is always saying )

As I say I like alll three and firmly believe that they are what their owners make them, good owners make good dogs and vice versa.

GS'd and dobes are very similar in alot of ways especially when it comes to training them, but rotties are a totally different beast. LOL

yea i dunno. i've got a big of a hung jury at the moment.

gsd's are cool and way easy to train and motivate. dobes are similar but with a bit more questioning motive. and they howl.

rotties..i dunno. everyone i've come across has been dead soft..but the size of them jaws gets me every time... and when they bark, even playfully its like any other breeds 'im gonna get you' bark.

I know what you mean about dobes howling, but that only do it in a pack formation.

The other thing with dobes is that they do not put up with stupidity as they are very intelligent dogs, and if they think that they can get an extra inch then they will try for the whole damn mile.

Concern the rottie bark. If they are barking then your ok, it's when they go quiet and smile at you that you have to worry. LOL
