From my local abattoirs, but you have to ask them for Cat 2 meat, which is for kennels and zoos.

What part of the country are you in Nicky, as I've got a list of abattoirs that sell Cat 2 meat.
The other thing you have to bear in mind is that most of them have a minimum order requirement.
One I use is only a 100kg's, whereas another one is 300kg's, so make sure you have got the freezer space before you place an order.
